Here at Westport Credit Union, we are working hard to reduce our carbon footprint and you, our members, can help! Throughout the year there are a number of communications we are obliged to send our members, including AGM notifications.

We’ve done some calculations and according to the website’10thousandtrees.org’ every year we use the equivalent of 10 trees worth of paper by printing our AGM booklet & Annual Report.

We want to encourage our members to choose to receive their copy of the AGM booklet & Annual Report by email rather than the printed copy. This will go a long way towards reducing the amount of paper we use every year and will help us to reduce our carbon footprint.
